Counselling & Psychotherapy Online and In-Person in Belfast

Sessions & Fees

I offer face-to-face counselling in East Belfast (Belmont Road) alongside online sessions for adults across Belfast, Northern Ireland and the wider UK. Sessions provide a confidential space to reflect on thoughts, emotions and life experiences at a steady and manageable pace.

Counselling is often offered on a weekly basis, as regular sessions can help create continuity and depth in the work. However, the frequency of sessions is something we can discuss together and adjust depending on your needs, availability and circumstances.

In-Person Counselling

East Belfast

Face-to-face sessions take place in East Belfast (Belmont Road).

Some people prefer meeting in person, valuing the structure of a physical counselling space and the opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities during sessions.

Online Counselling

Online sessions take place using a secure video platform.

To support the work, you will need:

  • a stable internet connection
  • a private space where you can speak openly
  • headphones (optional)

Many people find online sessions flexible and accessible while still allowing meaningful therapeutic work.

What Happens Next

1.

Counselling begins with a 15-minute consultation call. This is an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to counselling, ask questions and consider whether working together feels appropriate.

2.

Following the consultation, we will:

  • agree whether sessions will be online or in person
  • look at suitable days and times
  • arrange your first appointment

You will also receive practical information about the counselling process and a follow up email.

3.

During the first session we will:

  • go through the counselling agreement together
  • discuss confidentiality and boundaries
  • explore what you would like support with
  • begin building a shared understanding of your needs

There is no pressure to have everything figured out, the process unfolds gradually.

Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, especially when you’re feeling vulnerable. When you’re ready, I offer a safe and confidential space where we can begin to explore what’s going on for you.

If you’re looking for counselling in Belfast or online therapy, you’re welcome to arrange a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss your needs and see whether counselling with me feels like the right fit.
