My approach to counselling is rooted in creating a compassionate and safe space where you can feel heard and understood.
Outside of work, I’m an avid plant enthusiast and love taking sea dips. With 19 years of experience in community-focused roles, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from various walks of life. My professional experience, alongside years of working with people in community settings, has shaped my approach and commitment to offering thoughtful, respectful support.


I believe that a strong and safe therapeutic relationship is essential for fostering trust and vulnerability, enabling deeper connections and meaningful progress in counselling. I am dedicated to creating a non-judgmental, welcoming space where you can feel accepted and supported. My practice is grounded in respect and understanding, ensuring that every individual feels valued, regardless of their background or beliefs.
Faith is an important part of my own life, and I respect that everyone’s experience is different. I won’t bring faith into our sessions unless it’s something you wish to explore. My counselling space is open to people of all faiths and none, offering a safe, non-judgmental place to talk.
